Steve qualified in 1988 having trained and worked with Rayner Essex in London. Steve has been a director/partner at LDP since 1992 and specialises in the corporate sector dealing with audit and taxation but also corporate finance work that includes a detailed knowledge of raising finance and the buying and selling of companies. Steve also retains certain high net worth individuals as clients. Steve is also a main board director of The Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce. Ash Rishiraj FCA

FCA Director

Ash qualified in 1991 having trained and worked with KPMG. Ash has been a director/partner at LDP since 1999 having previously worked for Business Link, DTI and Chambers of Commerce on international assignments for blue chip companies. Whilst much of Ash's work involves the development of management information, profit improvement and business planning he also has extensive experience as a result of his former links in raising funds through government business support agencies. Nick Waterhouse-Brown

FCA CTA Director

Nick qualified in 2000 having trained and worked with Wenham Major Chartered Accountants. Nick subsequently qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2001 and was appointed to set up the tax department at Ansons LLP Solicitors in 2003. Nick specialises in corporate, income and capital gains taxes and was previously a Tax Director with RSM Tenon. We used Nick's expertise on many cases whilst he was at RSM Tenon and that led to his appointment as Tax Director with LDP Luckmans in March 2013. Mark Spafford

Mark qualified in 1997 having trained and worked at the firm. Mark has been a director/partner at LDP since 2003. Mark is now the director that oversees all of the firm's audit and assurance work as well as offering an expertise in advising and auditing charities and other 'not for profit' organisations.
